My Journey and updates

Hi so I am Mathew, I am super excited to post this as I am extremely interested in seeing how RIPPEDGEAR grows and progresses.

The journey started with the idea of making gym gear able to breathe better for high intensity workouts where you are sweating propulsively. Mine you, I used to have Hyperhidrosis, which is essentially profusive sweating at the palms of my hands. After my operation where they cut some nerves under my armpits, the trade-off was to sweat more in other areas such as my back.

I have created custom gear designs and have reached out to an Italian manufacture, but I am just starting with the basics. I have been anticipating an Non-disclosure agreement to be signed by the professional who will be creating the Technical Package for factory designs for manufacturing. This is on the back burner until she signs that. I have custom women gear in this order too.

I have great friends who support me and it is honestly very fun to work with them. I find this work to be extremely rewarding as a Pieses I have so many different creative and thoughtful tasks to execute through.

The logo took many renditions and the name came to me while I was living here in Clearwater in 2023. Even when I thought the logo was complete, I felt it did not sit right, but I continued with it as it would have required more Adobe Illustrator work that I did not know how to do at the time, but I am immensely more capable now.

I highly highly support any and all of the support I have received from every single person that I have discussed this with. I love when people all ages support my ambition. Now, I take on the perspective that I approach the company like my life depends on it; rather set goals I can achieve. Like for instance, I told myself I wanted an online store up and running by Sunday 1/26/25, but I only bought the URL on Friday. Low an behold, I did. It was not as easy as I thought it would be. However, one thing about me is, if I set my mind to it, I will get it done. I am very determined when it comes to coding and it translates into everything I do ("The way you do one thing, is the way you do everything.")

I was even having logo renditions during adding mock-ups to my online store, thus I had to go back and reupload files twice. I have officially finalized all of the logos. It even comes down to a pixel and sometimes Adobe Illustrator doesn't work that nicely.

I have always received genuine great rapport from showing people the logo. I believe the way the E is cut out looks futuristic/modern/alien-like.

To grow the company organically, at first, I would approach people in the gym that I believe fit the look of the brand. I have developed some great friendships along the way and more to come. Ideally, I would love to create RIPPEDGEAR GIRLS and RIPPEDGEAR GUYS. No one has to be super fit. This is not what it is about. It is about feeling good about yourself. I only do best mentally when I feel good about going to the gym. Yes, I have gone to the gym multiple times even when I felt like it was a chore sometimes more so than others and it felt rewarding in the end, but it is good to get in a natural flow where you a comfortable to take breaks and then start again as in go the next day.

I have a great team and I came up with the idea 2/6/2025 to have each employee be a Pokemon character for fun. So I am Charizard, Tommy B is Blastoise, Ryley is MewTwo, Joey L's is Lugia, M0 is Onyx, Jake and Hunter pending.

Headsup, I will be posting how to do workouts on RIPPEDGEAR workouts in the future. The idea sprung from the idea of getting one of the employees fit.
